Steve Camp managed public assembly venues for thirty-four years. These venues included coliseums, theaters, and convention centers. He is a co-author of the college textbook and industry resource and cross-training guide Managing Public Assembly Venues: Sports, Entertainment, Meeting and Convention Venues, Editions 1, 2 & 3. Steve is also the author of A Pathway to Contentment: Memories and Lessons of Life and Career and Unconventional Plana fictional novel. He was a regular guest speaker for twenty-three years at his alma mater Appalachian State University. Venues managed by Steve hosted the very best in the sports, entertainment, meeting and convention industry. He has been recognized by the IAVM as a Certified Venue Executive. Steve resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife Jackie.
