Conner Lucas is a relative newcomer to venue-based food & beverage operations and currently serves as Director of Food & Beverage Business at Ensemble Arts Philly. In this role, he leads strategic planning, guest experience innovation, and financial performance across their four theaters in Philadelphia, PA. With prior experience as a Director of Operations for top-tier restaurateurs and event companies, Conner has brought a fresh perspective to Ensemble Arts Philly. He has led the successful onboarding of new food & beverage partners and spearheaded the launch of two new restaurant concepts within the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts this year. His strength lies in aligning the operational demands of performing arts venues with the delivery of exceptional hospitality experiences—driving both financial efficiency and a world class guest journey.
