Ashley has been with OVG as Senior Vice President of Social Clubs since May of 2022, overseeing operations of daily membership club activities across our Collegiate Portfolio, and overseeing premium activations for Collegiate Event Days. Ashley is dynamic in implementing creative, cost-effective, and profitable strategies while building teams to successfully drive revenue and create best-in-class fan experiences. Prior to joining OVG, Ashley brings 16 years of experience in premium operations ranging from country clubs to large scale sporting events across NFL, NHL, MLB, and NBA with Legends Hospitality. Her tenure with Legends began at the opening of One World Observatory in the Freedom Tower in New York City, Yankee Stadium, and ultimately brought her to Texas to work with the Dallas Cowboys in opening a new experience. Skilled in task force development, Ashley assisted in the implementation of operations of multiple venues, ranging from large stadium transitions such as Raymond James Stadium, smaller arenas like Ball Arena, and as project manager and acting General Manager of the build out of unique revenue streams such as Monmouth Park Racetrack, and WinStar World Casino and Resort. Originally hailing from the East Coast, Ashley has a degree in Music Education from Kean University and while this degree is a bit unorthodox, relies on her training in education to coach, mentor, and train new team members as new operations come online.
