Ilianna H. Kwaske, Ph.D., is an industrial/organizational psychologist with over twenty years of experience in higher education administration and organizational consulting. Dr. Kwaske has a strong record of leading high-performing teams that have developed and launched innovative, high-quality academic programs and managing organizational change. Her academic leadership has focused on programs tailored to adult learners, with a strong emphasis on instructional innovation, assessment, and strategic program development. As a leader, advisor, and coach to others, Dr. Kwaske seeks to affect positive change. She applies psychology in various contexts and enjoys helping individuals, teams, and organizations, make the most of their talent. Dr. Kwaske has conducted psychological assessments for employee selection and development, coached executives and assisted organizational change initiatives as a consultant to public and private organizations. She has also applied psychological principles to architectural programming to enhance the alignment between human behavior and spatial design. Dr. Kwaske holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Illinois-Chicago, and both a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology and a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
