Hayley Nath is the Events and Operations Manager at OKC Fair Park—known as the “Horse Show Capital of the World”—where she oversees a diverse portfolio of events ranging from world championship equestrian competitions to high school state championships, festivals, and large-scale expos. Working at a complex with over 200 events annually, Hayley is known for her detail-oriented leadership, operational expertise, and ability to navigate complex event logistics with professionalism and heart. A proud graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in Kinesiology and a focus on Outdoor and Community Recreation, Hayley brings a unique blend of academic insight and real-world experience to her role. Her deep passion for weather and severe storm preparedness has made her a trusted resource for creating safe, informed environments for both clients and guests—a critical asset in the live events industry. Hayley also serves as the Oklahoma State Representative for IAVM Region 6, is an active member of IAVM’s Fairgrounds and Amphitheaters Committee, and contributes to the League of Agriculture and Equine Centers as both a newsletter editor and Communications Committee member. Whether she’s managing day-to-day operations or preparing for major transitions—like the opening of the new OG&E Coliseum—Hayley is a passionate advocate for the evolving role of modern fairgrounds in today’s venue landscape.
