Simone Loftman is a rising, trusted leader in event and venue operations, currently serving as Senior Event Manager for the Miami HEAT. Since joining the organization in 2019 as a Facilities Coordinator, Simone has advanced through the ranks—promoted to Event Manager in 2021 and then to Senior Event Manager in 2023—demonstrating strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. A proud graduate of the University of Florida with a B.S. in Sport Management and a minor in Event Management, Simone began her career just prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, contributing to critical operational transitions that ensured continued event execution and venue readiness. Simone has led the planning and execution of major large-scale events, including concerts such as but not limited to Madonna, Bad Bunny, Drake, Travis Scott, and global sporting events such as UFC. She also serves as the primary lead for Miami HEAT Basketball operations, successfully managing game-day execution throughout the season and most proudly through the 2022 and 2023 NBA Playoff runs. Her achievements have earned her multiple distinctions and awards, including being a member of the IAVM 30 Under 30 Class of 2022, graduation from Venue Management School in 2023, the Miami HEAT President’s Performance Award in Fall 2023, and her CVP certification in 2024. Simone remains committed to empowering her team, elevating guest experiences, and advancing the industry through service-driven leadership and mentorship.
