Joseph Hirsch is the founder and CEO of SpringServe, the world's leading, independent video ad serving platform. Having worked in the digital advertising space for the last twenty years, he has extensive experience on both the buy and sell-sides of media. He has been a featured entrepreneur by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, was the winner of the "Management Team of The Year" award by the American Business Awards (Stevies), and was on the client advisory board of AppNexus (now AT&T's Xander). As CEO of SpringServe, his focus is on building an open, transparent advertising environment that allows buyers and sellers to manage complex video businesses across all digital channels. Prior to SpringServe, he was CEO of YellowHammer, a media buying and creative agency with a focus on direct-to-consumer brands.
