De Ann Davis joined Church Brothers Farms as Vice President, Quality & Food Safety in late 2017. Prior to joining Church Brothers, she was Vice President of Quality Assurance at Earthbound Farms, DanoneWave. De Ann has had a varied career in many different sectors, including Chief Food Safety Officer for the consumer package good company, Kraft Food Groups. Before joining Kraft, she was the Vice President, Safety, Regulatory and Sustainability for the hair and skin beauty care company, Alberto Culver. She also worked for Kimberly-Clark, The Dial Corporation and Procter & Gamble. De Ann received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Chemistry from Point Loma Nazarene University before continuing on to receive her PhD from Texas A&M in Biochemistry. She was appointed to the USDA National Advisory Committee for Microbiological Criteria for Food in 2018.
