Ashley Crowther is the Global Vice President for ONYX Insight (a BP Joint venture) the leading global Independent provider of consultancy and predictive maintenance services to wind industry owner/operators. He heads up the global commercial and engineering activities that are focused on predictive maintenance. As a founding member of ONYX, Ashley’s drive has been to push the wind industry towards data transparency, improved analytics and optimized plant management so as to reduce OPEX and increase the competitiveness of wind versus other non-renewable power generation. Ashley’s background is technical, with a PhD machinery engineering.
