For the past 9 years, Alison has been building large hydroelectric plants for the Walsh Group. Although she arrived at Walsh with a M.S. in Structural Engineering; the complexities of hydropower pulled her towards new fields and specialties as she climbed from Project Engineer, to Project Manager, to Commissioning Authority. Alison is currently a dual PM/Commissioning Authority on a 24MW hydroelectric plant in Texas.
