Josh leads the CAMS effort on Wind Turbine Engineering and Analytics, monitoring performance for the fleet of wind turbines under management. Josh lead the conversion of V27 to a research platform for the DoE Scaled Wind Farm Test (SWiFT) Facility, also coordinating and executing wake testing experiments. Other work includes simulation tools, numerical models, and wind turbine rotor R&D.
