Ebony Hattix is the Director of Guest Relations for FedExForum/ Memphis Grizzlies in Memphis, Tennessee. Ebony works on the Arena Operations team for the FedExForum, home to the Memphis Grizzlies, the University of Memphis men’s basketball and concerts among other events. Ebony is a graduate of the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and she has successfully completed two years of IAVM's Venue Management School. Currently for IAVM, she is the recent Past-Chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Committee. Ebony is co-chair of INTIX Education Committee, has served on Nominating Committee, Mentor Committee, and assisted in the Member Connections Committee. She was featured in a number of INTIX’s Access spotlight stories, received the 2021 INTIX Spirit Award, and is the recipient of both the VenuesNow 2020 Ticketing Star & All-Star awards. Ebony is active with her industry colleagues driving shared dialogues about barriers to DEIA within the workplace and has facilitated action plans for venues to create a more open industry and positive workspace. Ebony has been a proud mentor with the Memphis Grizzlies Mentor Program and is passionate about serving others. Ebony lends a hand wherever she can.
