Matthew Pender has worked in ticketing for 12 years. He discovered his passion for entertainment while working at The Luxor in Las Vegas as a ticket seller for Blue Man Group. Matthew moved into concierge and box office management positions in the secondary market in 2009, first for Vegas.com and then moved over to Entertainment Benefits Group. When the opportunity arose to supervise ticket operations and open Zarkana by Cirque du Soleil at the ARIA Las Vegas in 2012, he jumped on it. Having gained the experience needed in revenue and inventory management, Matthew moved to manage box office operations at MGM Grand, running their four showrooms and the Grand Garden arena, and was promoted to Director of Ticketing in 2016.
