Over the last 13 years, Laurel Ryshpan has worked with many of AudienceView’s largest clients, both in implementations and as a Product Manager focusing on the Payment Application Data Security Standard, payment infrastructure and reporting. She started in ticketing 35 years ago, including 16 years at the Harbourfront Centre in Toronto, where she enjoyed two financial audits each year. In her current role, she and her team support staff training and the self-help knowledge base for AudienceView clients. Laurel was twice Vice President of OPTA and is active in Toronto’s product management and performance and learning communities.
