Shed has 14 years in ticketing having worked within the MLB, NBA, NFL, and Major League Soccer. He has experience with TicketMaster and Tickets.com and has worked with various integrators such as: Stubhub, GiveEx, ID.ME, GroupMatics, and eGroup. Not only has he led, directed, and overseen a ticket office, but has been an integral part of spearheading a ticket operations in assisting to grow an FSE base from 9000 to 19000 FSEs. He’s built and maintained a manifest that accounted for over $48 million in season sales and has generated an additional $300k-$400k in seat upgrades and additional revenue. Project management has been a huge part of his role as he has collaborated with various departments and professional leagues to complete timely and sensitive projects.
