Bill joined Experient in 2004 as a technology leader Bill Barclay is responsible for delivering innovation and service excellence for Experient customers in the Live Events market. His focus is to deliver superior service through product and team innovation. Memorable event experiences have been developed through engagement, team collaboration, and technology development. Earlier at Experient, he served as a technology leader and the primary system Architect for platform development and migration (mobile, web, and desktop), where he managed distributed software engineering groups across the country and the globe. Prior to joining Experient in 2004, he served as a software development manager with AbstractApps, the Baha’i National Center, and DataCore technology. The start-up environments of these prior roles contributed to his experience and skill at wearing the many hats necessary to ensure success in a rapidly changing environment. Bill’s educational accomplishments include Olin Physics Scholarship to Wake Forest University, a BA from UGA, and multiple post-graduate certifications from University of Pennsylvania and Microsoft. Bill’s philosophy is first take good care of your people, focus on the customer and lead with integrity.
