Ms. Larson is a professional civil engineer with Stanley Consultants. She is responsible for developing and implementing innovation strategies nationally for the Transportation Market as the Transportation Innovation Strategies Leader. Ms. Larson has diverse and innovative leadership expertise in the transportation industry, in areas including operations, connected/automated vehicles, maintenance, safety, research, technology, program and project management, construction, and bridge and structural design. She had 29 years of service with the Iowa Department of Transportation (DOT) prior to joining Stanley Consultants. Ms. Larson has also chaired and served on over 25 diverse national Transportation Research Board (TRB), National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP), and American Association of State Highway Transportation Officials (AASHTO) committees, panels and task forces dedicated to identify, research, and implement innovative solutions to transportation challenges. Through these efforts Ms. Larson has been able to provide a voice at the national level and bring innovative solutions to our myriad transportation challenges. Ms. Larson is a registered professional engineer in civil and structural engineering in Iowa.
