Geoff Keeling is a moral philosopher interested in the ethics of emerging technologies. His research focuses on how models of explanation and understanding in the philosophy of science can help solve ethical questions about AI explainability in a medical context. He also works on the applications of the ethics of risk and uncertainty to automated vehicle decision-making.
