Mike Davis serves as the RS&H National Tolls & Technology Service Group Leader and is also serving as a co-chair for the Transportation Research Board’s Managed Lanes Committee. He is a Professional Engineer with over 25 years of extensive experience in the Transportation Industry, with much of this coming in areas such as priced managed lanes, tolling infrastructure design, toll systems design, and back office operations. He also serves as an implementation thought-leader for RS&H’s Transportation Infrastructure Practice by working with clients and agencies on ways to develop state-of-the art projects, and implement industry-leading programs, across the country. More recently, he has been focused on ways to effectively incorporate emerging technologies within managed lane facilities since they offer the best-suited initial deployment option for connected and autonomous vehicles.
