Mr. Havinoviski recently joined WGI as their national practice lead for Intelligent Transportation Systems and CAV activities. Over the last 34+ years, Glenn Havinoviski has emerged as one of the world's foremost experts in ITS development and transportation systems management and operations (TSMO). He has provided project management and technical leadership for projects both in the US and abroad, with a particular recent emphasis on preparing public agencies for CAVs. His experience spans planning and system architecture, design, deployment and operations, with particular involvement in managed lanes, active traffic management systems, and integrated corridor management, along with real-time traveler information, road pricing and transit signal priorityGlenn is a member of the Transportation Research Board (TRB) Congestion Pricing Committee. He is currently a registered Professional Engineer in 8 states. Glenn graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1984 with a BS in Civil Engineering. He will be based in Northern Virginia.
