Mr. Hall is the ITS CV/AV Program Manager for the Contra Costa Transportation Authority which is led by Randy Iwasaki, its Executive Director. CCTA leads and facilitates a collaborative partnership at America’s largest and most comprehensive CV/AV test bed with affiliated multi-modal, real-world pilot deployment projects in Concord, California, known as GoMentum Station. Jack is a Professional Engineer, with a Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from the US Air Force Academy, and has a Masters in Transportation Management from the Mineta Transportation Institute, San Jose State University.
