Minnesota Department of Transportation
Jay is the director for MnDOT’s Office of Connected and Automated Vehicles. In this role, he leads the statewide policy, testing, and implementation of these technologies. He has over 20 years of experience in transportation, including traffic engineering, design, construction, and project management.
