Jeffrey S. Dailey, P.E. is the Deputy Executive Director for the Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority. He has more than 35 years of public and private sector experience successfully directing transportation and other infrastructure programs including toll highways, tolled managed lanes, P3, and facility operations and maintenance. He has a proven record of innovation, and on time and within budget delivery of more than $20 billion of infrastructure improvements. Mr. Dailey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Ohio State University Mr. Dailey serves as a Board member for the International Bridge Turnpike and Tunnel Association and leads the Emerging Technology/Innovation Workgroup. He received awards at local, state, and national level including 2007 Person of the Year Award by the Construction Management Association of America and 2007 ENR Top 25 Newsmakers.
