Dr. Cesme is currently working for Kittelson and Associates, Inc. in Washington, DC as a Senior Engineering Associate. Dr. Cesme graduated from Northeastern University with a Master’s and PhD degree in transportation engineering. He has over nine years of working experience in transportation engineering working on a range of projects. His expertise includes traffic signal systems, microsimulation, operations of public transportation, urban transportation systems, and transportation research with over a dozen publications in various research journals. In addition, Dr. Cesme is an adjunct professor at George Mason University and is currently serving as the Secretary/Treasurer for the Washington, DC section of the ITE (WDCSITE).
