Carole Delion is the new CAV Program Manager at the Maryland DOT State Highway Administration. She has seven year’s experience at MDOT, with a strong focus on planning, though the work she performed in planning involved operational analysis and travel forecasting for the entire state of Maryland. She helped spur discussions in connected and automated vehicles in the past year, is the current co-chair for the internal CAV group within MDOT SHA and helps triage the larger statewide CAV pilots in the state of Maryland. Carole holds a BS and MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park.
