With an architecture degree from the University of Virginia, Steve has spent over 30 years in the housing industry, working as a staff person at NAHB, a construction superintendent and production manager for large volume homebuilders and as architectural firm leadership. Steve currently leads the marketing efforts at BSB Design. As an industry volunteer, Steve has held chair positions on NAHB committees for Design, the Multifamily Pillars and The Nationals awards programs, in addition to positions with the AIA, Multi-Housing World and ULI. He is a frequent speaker at national and regional building industry conventions, seminars and management conferences speaking on design trends, innovation and construction efficiencies.
