Jeff Chen is a 27 year veteran of Cable Industry. He started his career at Rogers Cablesystems in Toronto, as an Engineer, and progressed to Senior Vice President of Advance Technology at Brighthouse Networks. In the 14 years with Brighthouse, Jeff is responsible for Technology and Strategy, from Video Engineering, Network Evolution, CPE, Technology Standards and Policies, and Network Operation Center. Jeff is very proud to be a member of the Brighthouse team that has produced #1 customer satisfaction in the US Cable Industry. In 2017, Jeff joined CableLabs as SVP, Global Technology, where he has worked with many international operators to innovate, adopt and scale cable technologies.
