Anana started as an inspiration in 2019, through collective thoughts and images gathered from continental trips. Our passion for coffee grew as we connected with the bean from various perspectives, leading to an urge to share the love for specialty, innovative coffees and the uniqueness of in-house roasting with everyone.
Since 2023 we have housed this love in our roastery in a peaceful area in Cholargos. Light to medium roasts are our guilty pleasure. We source, roast and serve coffees on a quarterly basis respecting the raw material and that’s why our coffees are in limited quantities. Fresh is best, and we work hard for this purpose.
