Managers’ leadership style is responsible for 30% of a company’s bottom-line. Is your leadership style an asset to your organization, or a liability? How you work with the people you manage will make all the difference in how your organization performs. Employees need different levels of direction and support but many managers have only one leadership style that they apply to everyone. Skilled leaders look at the situation and use the style that is right. We review four leadership styles, describe the situations in which they are most effective, and give participants an opportunity to practice each one.
