This presentation will provide some clear improvements that you can do to your equipment to achieve more uniform process and application of Spray Foam. Formulating and the solubility of HFO of spray foam is changing the viscosities, to flip flop with the B resin thinner than the ISO forcing equipment settings and changes to your spraying techniques. Your QC is not just the Ratio of the meter but, the controlling of how all the equipment components are functioning, how the sprayer is applying the products for the customer.
Updated improvements of the equipment from the drums to the gun need to be implemented to better control the application parameters of our Spray Foam to all of our customers.
