Deb Cloutier has been working in commercial real estate, energy efficiency, sustainability, marketing, and education for nearly 30 years. Deb was an integral player in the design and implementation of EPA’s ENERGY STAR program and has been an active consultant since the program’s inception as Green Lights in the early 1990s. Deb has also published dozens of articles and papers for top real estate publications. She authored The High Performance Portfolio Framework: Energy Management Strategies for a Competitive Office Market for the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance, and is a co-author of A Practical Guide to Energy Management from the Institute of Real Estate Management. She holds a BS in biology with a specialization in environmental science from Washington College.
