Track 2: Building the CEMA Force for Unified Land Operations, Session 2: Warrant Officer Panel: "Building CEMA Technical Expertise: Resulting in Increased Combat Readiness and Lethality in Support of Unified Land Operations" (Room Lamar B/C)

The operational and tactical relevance of Warrant Officers within the Cyber, EW, and Signal branch, relies on the ability to integrate experiential skills and knowledge with a commander's priorities, at echelon. To be "highly specialized expert officers, leaders, and trainers...competent in technical, tactical, and leadership skills", Warrant Officers must acknowledge and embrace change. CEMA has contributed to the change in focus from the counter-insurgency fight of the last 17 years to that of a combined arms fight in support of Unified Land Operations against a near peer adversary.  This panel will focus on how the Warrant Officer has contributed to the development and integration of CEMA capability at echelon through a holistic Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leader Development, Personnel, Facilities, and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) approach.
